Formed in 1995 by siblings Greg and Tanya Coombs who share a passion for everything real estate, the company has experienced phenomenal success over the last 25 years which allows us the unique opportunity to be selective about projects that contribute to strong communities.

Founded in 1988 by Jim Bussey, Formwerks Architectural Inc. is a full-service design house with a portfolio of over 600 custom single-family homes and 2500 townhomes. Fueled by a desire to create homes that embody architectural and design integrity, Formwerks takes pride in authenticity – exercising a mindfulness to quality, a responsibility to homeowners and the community as a whole.
